By downloading or playing Swizzle ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools to manipulate scores or leaderboards.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload our services or API.
• Do not use offensive display names or submit unlawful content.

3. In-Game Content

In-game currency ("stars") and power-ups have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may be modified or reset. The Game is free and ad-supported.

4. Leaderboards & Multiplayer

Scores and names you submit to online features may be publicly displayed. We may remove entries that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.

5. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
